2012: Light at the End of the Tunnel?

Continuing upward trends in our Real Estate market lead us to believe there may be light at the end of the tunnel. Although sales remain very price sensitive, 2011 showed an increase in both the number of sales and the average sale price for single family homes. Condos and townhomes saw a decrease in average sale price but remained consistent in their number of sales.
